WINE TASTING DINNER

Join Boali members and their guests on the weekend of Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th May 2024 for a premium food and wine tasting event at the Lodge. At the Saturday afternoon wine tasting hosted by Lis and David Capel from deCapel Wines in the Hunter Valley you’ll sample Sparkling, Semillon, Chardonnay, Rosé and Shiraz wines. The wines are then available for purchase to enjoy with the evening meal.

Our chef Toby and his team will create a special 3 course dinner for the event with suggested wine pairings to accompany each course. Be led by Toby’s recommendations or simply purchase your preferred varieties to enjoy during the evening.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH

Celebrate Christmas at Boali Lodge and you’ll enjoy a special Christmas lunch in 2024.

Rates are for a minimum three night stay between 20 December 2024 – 3 January 2025, and include all meals.

Christmas lunch is just a $60 per adult loading on top of our regular rates.

Members bring a group of 6 or more guests in summer and enjoy a 10% discount off your whole booking. Boali Lodge is the ideal location for group celebrations such as family reunions, milestone birthdays, or work Christmas functions. Members can book here.

For 2 members plus minimum 6 guests. 2 night minimum stay. Available all summer except Christmas and New Year’s Eve (20 December through to 3 January (inclusive) and Easter (29 March – 3 April 2024 (inclusive). Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other specials listed above.
