WINE TASTING DINNER

Join Boali members and their guests from 2-4 May 2025 for a premium food and wine tasting event at the Lodge. The Saturday afternoon wine tasting will be hosted by Suellen and Brian Mullany from Grove Estate Wines in the Hilltops region of NSW. Participants will sample a selection of their wines at the tasting with the wines available for purchase to enjoy with the evening meal.

Our chef will create a special 3 course dinner for the event and will suggest wine pairings from the tasting to accompany each course. Be led by our chef’s recommendations or simply purchase your preferred varieties to enjoy during the evening.

MEMBER GROUP DISCOUNT

Members bring a group of 6 or more guests in summer and enjoy a 10% discount off your whole booking. Boali Lodge is the ideal location for group celebrations such as family reunions, milestone birthdays, or work Christmas functions. Members can book here.
